I'm Melissa, I'm inspired by fashion, nature, and traveling, I strive to hone my skills as an artist. A life long lover of the beauty industry, I always keep up to date with trends. I received a strong foundation of cut and color at the Aveda Institute of Austin, Texas. Then continued my education through advanced balayage courses and countless hours of cutting classes. I was a braid specialist at Jose Luis Salon in Austin. In 2016, I moved to a salon in Colleyville, Texas, where I continued as a braid specialist and became the salon manager. After years of managing, I decided to pursue my dream of opening my own salon and Willow Sage was created. I have the utmost respect for the integrity of hair and I am dedicated to make all hair as healthy and luxurious as possible.
