Inspired by fashion, nature, and traveling, Melissa strives to hone her skills as an artist. A life long lover of the beauty industry, she is always up to date with trends. She received a strong foundation of cut and color at the Aveda Institute of Austin, Texas. She continued her education through advanced balayage courses and countless hours of cutting classes. Certified in Hot Head Hair extensions, she can give you any desired look. Melissa was a braid specialist at Jose Luis Salon in Austin, so she is your go to braid guru. She has participated in many fashion shows, including the Formula 1 Fashion show in Austin. In 2016, she moved to a salon in Colleyville, Texas, where she continued as braid specialist and became the salon manager. After years of managing, she decided to pursue her dream of opening her own salon. She has the utmost respect for the integrity of hair and is dedicated to make all hair as healthy and luxurious as possible. Melissa believes your hair is an extension of your personality and she aims to showcase the beauty in everyone.

Sonya is a Master Stylist/Colorist with over 36 years of experience. Specializing in Coloring, Highlights, Balayage, Ombres, Haircuts, Styling, Updo’s and Perms. Regardless of hair type or gender, Sonya loves helping her clients look and feel their very best by listening to each individual’s needs in order to customize and achieve a satisfying experience. Native to Texas, growing up in Grand Prairie, Sonya has recently moved back to the metroplex after 10yrs of styling hair in Seattle, WA. She enjoys ballroom, country and western dancing as it’s a place where time stands still and peace resides.Sonya is excited to be back home, ready to meet fresh new facesand take on new clients.

Brandi graduated from Toni & Guy hair dressing academy. She specializes in blondes and men's cuts. She has always loved creating, and has been drawn to makeup and hair her entire life. “Growing up I was always the friend who helped get everyone ready for events. It always gave me great joy to make people feel confident and pretty.”

Jessica lives by the motto "Kindness is Always Beautiful." She is a graduate of Ogle School of Hair, and alumni or the Balayage Master's Program, and has over 8 years of experience. She is skilled in all areas of women's hair styling and is an expert in blonding, traditional highlights, lived in color technique, and tape-in extensions. When Jessica is not at work, she spends most of her time doing "mom" things, attending her daughters' soccer games, cuddling with Shiner (her cute yorkie rescue), or reading a good book.

Victoria graduated from Toni & Guy hair dressing academy. She has always loved being creative and making people feel good about themselves. As she navigated her way through school, and life, a recurring theme arose among the women she built friendships with. They all wished they had more time in the day to really take care themselves. If not more time, then shortcuts. She found herself more and more involved in conversations about beauty hacks, hair color, and how-to's. She found so much joy in helping other women feel good about themselves. This excitement lead her to her calling of becoming a hairstylist She is a blonde guru and loves talking & building relationships with her clients. “Everyone deserves to feel pampered and to feel heard. Nothing feels better than being confident after a good service. My mission is to have everyone feeling ‘faurocious’ after they walk out the door.

Madi specializes in a range of woman’s cuts and color! Anything fun and creative, from blondes to vivid colors. Madi also loves big transformations! Her favorite part of being a hairstylist is seeing how happy and confident her clients feel after a service. She loves working at Willow Sage and being part of the community at the salon. Madi can’t wait to meet you and and make your hair dreams come true.

Ana is our go-to blonde & balayage specialist! Beginning her hair journey with a Paul Mitchell education, followed by an advanced internship through Aveda, she sets the bar high with her cosmetology skillset. She’s now a driven, passionate stylist with nine years of experience in the salon industry. As a perfectionist, she enjoys working with her clients to create a look that is special and unique for them. From updo’s for weddings and special events, to rainbow colors and picture-perfect balayage, she can do it all. She has always been a creative soul, and when she found her calling with hair, it was an instant fit!

Gabriela is a dedicated hairstylist, who has an eye for tailoring each client to their own unique look. Born and raised in Southern California, Gabriela is inspired by the west coast beauty and lifestyle. Now living in Texas she’s is committed to inspiring and achieving her clients dreams. She graduated from Palomar Institute of Cosmetology in San Marcos California and right after graduation, she assisted for almost a year in Encinitas, and has been behind the chair since. Beyond the physical transformation, the connections with her clients are deeply rewarding. Gabriela finds joy in the eyes of clients who’ve gained confidence as they leave the salon, radiating with newfound self-assurance.

Melanie Ingram trained at the Aladdin Beauty School in Abilene Texas. But she’s got more than Aladdin’s magic in her work experience. She’s been in the industry for 30 years. She has worked for Regis Corp. training with them in haircuts and colors. She has also managed salons. Known for her women’s and men’s haircuts and styling she provides to her clients, there are other services she expertly delivers - highlights, coloring and perms.
